These terms do not supersede statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act.

1. Copyright

All products, product conceptions and photography on this site were conceived by and are copyright Frog and Florets unless stated as otherwise.

All intellectual property rights existing in my designs and products (and in the images, text and design of this website/marketing materials) are and will remain the property of Frog and Florets.  Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously.

2. Description of Goods

Every effort is made to ensure that descriptions of goods are accurate. However, all products are unique and will be similar but not identical to images shown on the website.  It should always be remembered that representation of colours on computer monitors may not be relied on to be accurate.

3. Currency

All prices shown on this site are quoted in GBP and are include VAT. Where any inaccuracies occur as a result of input errors we are not obligated to honour these. Credit Card payments are securely actioned through the host site.

4. Shipping

We are happy to dispatch orders to you wherever you are. In the UK, we use Royal Mail for small to medium parcels.  If you need an international delivery, please enquire so we can investigate optimum postage options.

Dispatch is typically within 3 days for stock items.  Bespoke items are made to order and naturally take longer. 

5. Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with a purchase, please do contact us to discuss alternatives. Where items have been personalised, bespoke or made to order, these are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.

If you have any item you would like to return, please notify Frog and Florets within 14 days of receipt. All  returned goods will need to be securely packaged and traced and any postage payments will be refunded if the goods are faulty, along with either full refund or exchange as agreed.

6. Damage or Loss in Transit

We use reputable delivery companies, but occasionally parcels can go astray or get damaged. Please contact asap if you have not received your order and if the parcel is damaged.Ideally, if the parcel is damaged, it should not be accepted and the complaint should be taken up with the carrier, but again, this is not always straightforward, so please contact us as necessary.

7. Retention of Title

Normally goods will be paid for before dispatch, and , until payment is received title of good shipped remains with Frog and Florets.

8. Duties and Taxes

It is the buyers responsibility to pay any import duties and taxes not levied at the point of order, but applied outside the UK. These may be billed separately by your local import authority/customs.

9. Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction

All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising from such transactions are subject to the English legal process.
